  • Keyworker model is a family centered, transdisciplinary approach commonly used between the ages of 0 to 9 where a single professional acts as the point of contact for the child and their intervention.

  • It coordinates the team of professionals providing capacity building services to ensure we are all focused and working together, stopping fragmented goals or goals outside of child’s zone of proximal.

  • Ensuring the team is collaborating and using best practice and evidenced based practice is our passion. We often see fragmented approaches which impact upon the developmental process and being you keyworker allows us to advocate for changes in practice.

    Research has found the keyworker model to be one of the most benefical models of service.

  • Based upon your individual need, your keyworker will contact and coordinate your other services at a frequency based upon your need. This may be initially more frequent before reducing .

  • It incurs the time taken for collaborations which means any emails, phone calls, meetings ect, as well as any travel incurred.

    Costs are upfront and are managed by a agreed plan to ensure that they are all reasonable, necessary and do not blow out. We also discuss any changes and gain your consent to proceed when variations occur.
